DentalMatch is a dental recruitment platform that connects dental professionals with dental practices and employers. Our Service includes access to a database of dental professionals, search and filtering tools, contact information services, and AI-powered matching features.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:

- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harass users

Access to professional contact information and profiles is provided for legitimate recruitment purposes only. You agree to:
- Use contact information solely for professional recruitment communications

- Respect opt-out requests from professionals
- Comply with all applicable privacy and anti-spam laws
- Not use data for purposes unrelated to dental recruitment
6. Subscription and Payments
Some features of our Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
- Provide valid payment information
- Accept automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Review and understand our refund policy
We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to subscribers.
7. Credit System

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY PROFESSIONAL INFORMATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DENTALMATCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DentalMatch, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

16. SMS Messaging
DentalMatchAI offers an SMS messaging program for customers who opt in. Messages may include job-posting submission confirmations, publication notifications, account updates, customer support responses, and verification codes requested by the customer. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
Consent: You must separately opt in to receive SMS messages. Providing your phone number or accepting these Terms of Service alone does not enroll you in the SMS program. SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency and charges: Message frequency varies based on your account activity, job postings, support requests, and verification requests. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging plan.
Opting out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive one confirmation message acknowledging your request. After that, you will receive no further messages from this SMS program unless you opt in again.

Message delivery: Delivery depends on your wireless provider and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
